First, each player spends a turn placing their markers on actions without moving the action cards.

Then, player 1 (red) moves the action card his marker is on to the dark brown spot in the upper right labelled [1] Red, then chooses an available action. Green follows, moving an action card to the spot below it marked [1] Green, and so on.

Thanks! I have been looking for clarificaton about when the round ends exactly. The first time we played we played until our pawns passed the line... the next time we played until the tiles passed the line. This last time we played this way, and I wanted to confirm it was right.
