Thanks. I didnt like the original bright colors so I did this as soon as I opened the box. Gives the monks a bit more character and with very little trouble.
Also used some flock on the bases, even though it doesnt show very well on the picture. whistle

I personally used Army Painters Quickshade (Mid tone). The glow was actually a bit too bright so I dulled it down with some basic matt varnish after dipping.
