Pretty accurate, but I feel it didn't quite capture the part where your own leadership was far more likely to get you killed doing something completely unnecessary than the enemy that was actively trying to kill you. Let's be honest, someone has to pull guard duty and clean the crew served weapons... take the Major on a booty call because his wife is in a camp only 45 minutes away is an order that probably didn't come down from the CG.
