I do not get this. At the time I am writing, the above picture has 84 thumbs. Yet, the picture below collectively have only a fraction of the thumbs, despite capturing more gamer emotions, being better formatted, and having much more clever captions. What is up with this?
One of the saddest incidents in Atlanta Game Fest history -- BGG member 'TigerThompson' was hospitalized after a Goa rules dispute turned violent.

Wow -- those most have taken a long time to paint.

Please tell me that you are teasing me. Surely the emotion, artistic nature, and uniqueness of pictures are the criteria used to when deciding to thumb or not to thumb.
Teasing, yes. But, honestly. It seems that most girl photos are thumbed more. You as well have already noticed this from your above post. So, in many ways your question is more of an answer, and more rhetorical then you might think.
I have to speak up (And not just because I know the cute girl in question). She is cute, but really makes people enjoy seeing a picture like this is that she is a young 20 something FEMALE playing boardgames. SHe is also obviously nice and sweet and everything all boardgaming geeks hope they can find in a lifetime mate and companion. AND, may I say that if there were more pics of cute girls happily playing boardgames it could only help the industry! ***and she really is cute
