So... my kinda lame attempt at using my new favorite game to create an homage to a recently departed television show of which I'm quite fond.

But, since this is a website about gaming, let's turn it into a game.

Who can name the most LOST references? (e.g., what's that thing in the top-right corner supposed to be, what's with all the funky die rolls, etc.?)

And who can name the most games from which I used components (and which components were they)? Dice don't count for this part, since to be honest, I'm not sure I can remember which games' dice I used I'll give you a hint: some components are from Forbidden Island and some others are from Lost: The Game. The rest? Your guesses, please! (Another hint: All of the games should be listed in my collection here on the Geek.)

Have fun, and hopefully you can see/read everything. It actually took me longer to get a photo I was happy with than it did to set this up!

Very close! One of the ones you list is incorrect (though I can see why you guessed it, as the components come from a very similarly themed game), and in addition to that, there are I believe five other games used.

Ok, so here's the best list of Lost references I can come up with:
Spoiler (mouseover to reveal):
- The Numbers (on cards and dice) 4,8,15,16,23,42
- sum of The Numbers = 108 = 'Wallace' on Jacob's lighthouse dial at the 'Observatory'
- I *think* that's the Black Rock in the forest?
- Michael and Walt....with a boat? Tough to tell what that piece is...
- Libby dying off before anything of value was given about her past
- Anna Lucia shooting Shannon
- Sawyer and Kate at the lagoon
- Sun and Jin at the 'Temple of the Sun'
- The temple (top left)
- Christian's coffin (or Locke's)
- Flocke/Smokey
- Mr Echo....not sure if his position is significant?
- the giant statue's foot (top right)
- Hurley is with.....a....bird? Is that to signify Mr. Cluck's?
- Claire + tortured artist (Charlie) = pregnancy scare and baby
- Charlie on the (heroin) 'Stash' card, lol
- Jack and Boon....with....something?
- Sayid and those cards are hard to read....a leak and fire are all I can make out....the sub explosion? (after CAREFUL scanning looks like 'fast descent', 'leak', and 'fire spreads')
- note from Kate to Sawyer
- rabbits....3, 1, 4....not too sure if the number is significant, but rabbits appeared all over the show, often with Ben, one with the number 8 on it, the total number of rabbits
- something about 'The Hatch' under Micahel and Walt
- I suppose the whispering gardens could mean the dead whispers and the cave of shadow could be where the wheel was?
