Finally a Hulk that fits on every table. Does it come with tweezers to play?
The pack comes with 2 tweezers and 2 standard issue Imperial Guard magnifying helmet add-ons. From now on you can play in the dark bunkers during orkish air raids. Become a space marine. Live the life of real heroes. The fate of the universe is in your hands. Or tweezers.
(the commissar holding a gun to the smiling guardsman's head was cut from the picture...)
"Sometimes game rulebooks are meant to be used as a guide - not chiseled into stone tablets as scripture. If using a specific rule makes a game more fun for you, then it is not only your right - but it is your duty to change it." --Rob Bell
“My opinion is that a game has its own life when published, and is really alive when players want to add their own house rules!” --Bruno Cathala
Very nice work, may I suggest, black lining the edges with a non-bleed proof texta / felt pen, to get rid of the white edging, make sure you flip it over when you do, that way if the pen skids off it won't ruin the map, keep up the great work!
Be careful, GW could start a "small"-lawsuit against you...
Then I would need a tiny lawyer to protect me for posting a picture.
Or they need a 2500 point lawyer army to deal with me and my huge hand. (Army book: Lawyers - coming soon)
Also here is the solution of the mini version.
Many asked how I did it that tiny version. I hope it does not disappoint you guys. It is just a fake 3D effect. Hint was higher above in tiny letters. It is just the cut-out of the map photo from one of the pictures. (source)

Still too big. If you don't need an electron microscope to play, you aren't really playing a mini version. Ideally, you would confuse real bacteria with the xenomorphs.
Just use Epic sized minis and you've got a great game
Easier said than done. Trying to get reasonably priced Epic scale terminators and genestealers that haven't already been glued onto the 5 figure base has defied my attempts at a "pocket Space Hulk". Typical price I've seen for a Tyranid sprue (when available at all) is about $40+ each - and that provides just 5 genestealers. Figure you can sub in the hormagaunts as well, but that's still at least 2 sprues to make a decent set. Its actually significantly cheaper to buy the full size third edition set!
Let me know when you get "War-of-the-Ring-in-my-pocket", "Arkham-Horror-in-my-pocket" or "Twilight-Imperium-3-in-my-pocket"... THEN I'll be impressed...

I plan to use epic orks instead. Dead cheap. Have a TON.
Terminators you can replace with simple marines. also dead cheap.
