These are VERY nice, and like many, I'm sure, I had the idea when I first played that a mounted wheel with pits would have made a better component than the supplied 2d hexagon. If the wind rose were simply circular, much less material would be required for the surrounding cube storage, and no doubt the Chinese could have been persuaded to manufacture the whole shebang.

My first thought too.What a magnificient game this is....Yes it does have a lot of cards and cubes,and these cost for the manufacturer,but I would definetely pay at least 15 eur more for a DELUXE edition,with

1)a mounted rotating wheel w/ storage if possible
2)updated card artwork and board
3)symbolic depiction on the cards instead of text wherever possible (almost everywhere I think)
4)thicker chits
5)better money components(not hexagonal chits)

I just want to point out that choosing the "null die" every turn is working very well for Yellow, Brown, or Red.
