Who had the blue pieces, because that player either cheatet - or your game has a very strange blue piece (see somewhere near the middle of the board, there is an illegal play)

I noticed that two. But blue has two illegal moves. There is the five-long piece at the top-middle which is connected to nothing, and then - yeah, the merging of pieces.

Yellow has an illegal play too - right next to blue's illegal play at the top.

I think I found the answer, no illegal move here, only a kid playing a game.
Blue is supposed to have two illegal moves, but I think they are the results of only one dislodgement of pieces. If the L shapped piece is put one square further to the Mommy, it would no longer be merged with the other piece and the straigh píece would be in contact with it. So no illegal moves for blue here.
For the Yellow, if I am not mistaken, the kid is holding the five square straigh piece in his hand. This piece, if put in the correct position, touching the little L and the two "flying" pieces, fit just nicely, so I think that just before this photo, our hero took that piece from the board and doing so, misplaced the blue one (I do misplace pieces in the board everytime I play this game, so I think that this kid couls had done it too.)
