Battles of Westeros has nothing to do with Richard Borg and his Command & Colors system {thankfully}. It's just inspired by it. A designer from FFG designed the system for Battles of Westeros using some ideas from Command & Colors.
Of course, being a geek who likes messing around with photoshop, I could'nt help but thinking how great the wooden table, quill and paper background was too!
Wonderful work, Donal. Glad to see your name posted here-- I got an advance copy and saw it in the credits and was afraid there had been a typo (missing a D at the end).
The cards are lovely, and also very functional-- some sharp graphic ideas included.
