Checked the image linked and I don't think they are so "familiar" the only common thing is the white tank top.

I like the image, I'd love to put my hands on this game to play and review it.

Speaking as an art enthusiast, its not so much her obvious and well created right breast that leads me to distraction so much as the lack of an equally well proportioned left breast. The more I try to explain it the more obvious its abscence stands out.

While she may have lost that breast in some sort of cage match, maybe if she spent more time fashioning a protective covering for her remaining breast, she would be less fearful.

Interesting theory, but a simpler explanation is that her left erect artwork is occluded by her left forearm, and according to Occam's razor, we are advised to take the simpler explanation.
