Local residents and U.S. Army engineers desperately prepare NOLA defenses. Mass executions begin in Occupied Texas and Arizona.

I was wondering that too. I'm guessing he's referring to the unauthorized expansions listen under expansions on the main game page, but having played two of the four I can't really imagine anyone "missing" them. The mushroom clouds in Sushi - Jalapeño War are neat.
