why does it seem like there are fewer cards when they're laid out like this, than when they're stacked in the draw deck? especially when i'm trying to shuffle it... makes me wonder about how everyone else takes care of shuffling. we have our own system that seems to work pretty well, but i wonder how it might differ from how other players handle it.

Purdy...

This is either a really big area rug, or this appears to be taken in a hotel lobby? Just curious, as this kind of carpet doesn't look like area rug potential... was this taken at a convention perhaps?

again - just curious...

congratulations on having such a pretty playing surface... if I ever get the kitchen table completely cleaned off, I'll have to post a pic to the geek for those of you to laugh about...

You could have had less whitespace (well, carpet space) by doubling up the grey, blue and 1-cost dev rows.

Also, since you already went this far into OCD-land, you should definitely sort the 6-costs by average expected point value.

Hahah..funny how this thread discussed more on the rug than the nicely laid out cards to OCD perfection...

Nice work by the way..it puts some sort of perception in my view of stacked RFTG cards...

I consider shuffling the full deck with all 3 expansions to be a test of manhood...

We bust it out into more manageable sub-decks and everybody shuffles. After three or so everybody cuts their deck and passes half to the left. We repeat this a couple of times. Pretty quick, actually.

Are you employed, sir? Surely you don't go out looking for a job dressed like that?
