Why do you need the car card between wyoming and montana? The rest of the cards make sense to me except for that. Can't you just walk between wyom. & mont. since they border each other?

You are certainly correct about the ability to walk, however this doesn't mean that you can't use a car to travel through another state to reach Montanna.
This is a useful way to take up another space in your itinerary in order to gain the win.
