I received my replacements yesterday but I haven't had a chance to punch them out. I'm pleased with what I see though! Good job WotC.
I called their customer support number to put my order in for replacement tiles: US/Canada: (800) 324-6496

Just called and they said due to the recent rush, it would probably be 2 to 3 weeks. Maybe longer. It would make too much sense to print as many replacements as they did games...

I cant wait for mine to get here, now my group will have no excuse for starting an avalanche of rooms when they reach across the table to move their explorers.
I don't think the cards are any thicker. However, I think the fact that they are flat seems to help the sliders stay put a bit better. It's hard to say if there's any real difference though.

They can't assume that 1) every copy of this game printed will be sold, opened, and used, nor that 2) every customer will be bothered enough by the tiles to search the Internet for replacements.
Also, yeah, financially it doesn't make sense to print enough for every game, since not all games will sell and not all customers will think to, or bother with getting replacement tiles.
Just received my replacement tiles and am very happy. They provide a replacement for every piece of cardboard in the game, including monsters and counters.
Reading your recent posts has been like dipping my bottom over and over into a bath of the silkiest oils and creams.

Not to be a negative nellie, but take that picture again in a couple months. My tiles weren't warped when I opened the game either...
I agree completely.
I thought I'd return to this thread though and say that after about three weeks, my new tiles are all still flat.
After this same amount of time, my old tiles were already extremely warped.
While it's too soon to say whether they're perfect, I can confirm that in my case they are much much better than the old tiles, and might very well be perfect!
You can take my game… when you pry my cold, dead fingers off the board!

Just got my email. Should arrive in the next 4-6 weeks. Told my local store about it so they could get the store copy corrected as well
Hmm, I contacted them via email two days ago and they said 6-8 weeks. I guess I can hope for sooner!
They are very quick responding to emails. Thumbs up in that area at least.
Just got mine... so it took exactly 5 weeks. Very well packaged too... well wrapped in bubble-wrap, inside a padded Fedex envelope, inside a Fedex box!
