This probably wont make much sense to you unsophisticated, uncultured types (IE anyone outside of America).

# 22 is funny
HOW HARRY POTTER WOULD’VE ENDED IN AMERICA:

# 9 is fairly funny as well.
THIS GRAPH BLEEDS AMERICA.

The most American thing is that the entire list was unfunny, but you thought it was gangbusters.

Edit: Ok, the "because freedom rings" joke was mildly humorous.

The most American thing about this list is....it's proponents are only one of many cultural minorities you will encounter here. Many Americans don't feel the need to pat ourselves on the back in front of a mirror.

Don't worry world, we're still staying classy...mostly.

I thought it was funny. It's great because you can read it either ironically or totally genuinely. Kind of like the film Team America.

My favorite is listening to people explain why the country they emigrated from is the best and smartest country in the world.

Could that be sometthing to do with an international sporting (?!) competition now in progress in Brazil - in which the USA has a marginally better chance than England … and the bookies would give long odds on either.

The Duchy of Grand Fenwick have a better chance then England.

But unlikely as I did not even know the result of any results until yesterday.

if harry potter was set in america i am pretty sure that it would have ended a lot earlier with a mass shooting by the slytherin lot. and the deatheaters/teabaggers certainly wouldnt let the obviously commie eastern european or french schools take part in there world america only tri-wizard 'freedom' tournament world-series..

I heard there is some type of reason for people to be rioting in Brazil right now but I would hardly call it a "sport".

Christ, now I've agreed with Jeremy twice today. I'll be right back, I'm just going to bleach out my brain real quick.

I don't find the OP funny but it's nice to see a pro-USA thread in RSP once in a while. It's still going to be outnumbered ten-to-one by the anti-USA threads.

I've been here for years and I have never seen an anti-USA thread except from Chiddler.

Well, every once in a while we get America-criticism threads that usually start with a ranking that the U.S. should be higher in and that other 2nd or 3rd world countries are beating us in. They are loosely Anti-America, at least in intent.

I can't help you with your lack of awareness.

Well, I could but I'm kinda busy playing Clash of Clans.
