SPOOKY STAIRS

First off I have to say that this is a Great young kids game.
You can play 2-4 players and as young as 3 and up.

Game Overview

The game overview is to keep track of your ghost and get him or her to the top of the stairs first.

Contents

1 Rule Book
1 Medium size playing board, the board is a set of stairs going up.
1 Die with the numbers 1-4 and 2 pictures of ghosts on it.
4 Wooden People(Red,Green,Yellow,Orange) with a magnet on thier heads.
4 Wooden Ghost to cover the people with a screw inside to attach to the magnet.
4 Wooden Discs (Red,Green,Yellow,Orange) so you know who you picked.

The Game

Set the board in the middle of the table and set the 4 wooden ghost covers beside the board. Everyone picks a color that they want to be by taking the color of disc they want. Everyone starts at the bottom of the stairs on the board. The youngest rolls the dice first and moves his or her color up the stairs on rolls 1-4. If a ghost is rolled instead of a number than the player that rolled the dice gets to cover anybody's colored guy with a ghost cover. Play passes to the right and that player rolls the die and either moves his man or puts a ghost on a player. Soon all players are covered by the ghost covers and when the next player rolls a ghost instead of a number they get to switch 2 ghost postions that they want. The key to this part is to try and remember who you are and get to the top of the stairs as fast as you can. The player who reaches the top of the stairs first YELLS BOO and reveals what color is under the ghost. What ever color it turns out to be wins the game.

MY FEELINGS

I have a 4 yearold boy who has played this game since he was 3 and he loves it. I also have a girl that is 9 who also enjoys playing the game. I have to say that this game is good for kids 10 and under but is realy beneficial for 3-5 yearolds learning to count the numbers on the die and amount of stairs they need to move thier players. We seem to play 2 or 3 games a week with them. This is a game that I would rate high on the kids list of games.

Thanks for reading.
