(May be more errors than usual in this one, bad side-effect day gulp)

Draws:

Public #55 Italian Support +1

Germany #9 German Income -1

Italy #97 Italian Support -1, EAI -1

Britain #110 British Support -1 (-3, mitigated by BB design and ASW).

France #71 Czech:2

Russia #79 Russian Support -2, 1 purge (12-13)

EC: +1.
EAI: 0 (1CW, -1RE).

Purge: Party (Diplo.), purge level 13->14.

Garrison: Need 8 Siberia + 3 BOP + 0 EAI + 5 Influence = 16.
Have 13 units + 1 research = 14.

Garrison requirement not met (-2), -1 Support.

1 German INF, 1 AAF, 1 ARM become available to build.
2 British AAF, 1 ARM become available to build.
1 French AAF becomes available to build.
Income:

Germany Italy Britain France Russia

Support 3 0 1 2 (-3)
CF 8 4 2 2 10
EC 1 1 1 1 0
RE (-1) 0 0 0 0
TP 4 0 3 4 0
Maint. (-5) (-3) (-1) (-3) (-8)
Draw 1 2 3 3 1

Net: 11 4 9 9 0

Carry: 0 2 0 1 0

Final: 11 6 9 10 0

Mobilisations:

Britain mobilises a civilian factory for 8, gains 1 support/tile. 2*ARM Win '38. MECH Sum '38. (Last INF is mechanised and takes 4 turns).

France mobilises a civilian factory for 8, gains 1 support/tile. AAF Sum '38. ARM Win '38.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

ERROR: I realised that Britain is only allowed 3 ARM mobilisations out of the first 5 that can be made during the game (14.732B). Easiest fix for this is that the mobilisation last turn was 3 AAF instead.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Research:

Germany: Jets (7), Espionage (3), Armour (12), Light Ships (2).
Italy: Nav Air (5).
Britain: CounterInt (5), Armor (4).
France: Maginot (10), Armour (3).
Russia: CounterInt (3), Air Defence (3).

German Armour result: +2 Armour BoP.

Shipbuilding:

Germany: Defer 2*BC3 to Fall/2.
France: Defer BB3 to Fall/3.

(Too expensive to build ships with low EAI)

Builds:

Germany: AC3/AC2/AC1 - INF, AAF, ARM.
Britain: AC2 - AAF.
France: AC2 - AAR.

BoP: Armor +2 -> +3, Infantry +2 -> +3, Air remains -1, Naval remains -3. BB Race -1. Total +1.

Russian Garrison: Requirement now 18 (+2 BoP), now 4 short.

Diplomacy:

Germany: ACC2 Turkey, DC1 Spain, DC2 Czech, MC1 Poland.
Italy: DC1 Albania.
Russia: CW1 Spain.
Britain: None.
France: DC1 Poland.
Germany: DC1 Austria.
Italy: DC1 Poland.
France: RE2 Czech.

Diplomacy Results:

Turkey No Change
Czech. No Change
Austria 1-2 Germany
Poland 3-2 France (Lost Trade)
Albania 2-3 Italy (Trade)

Civil War Results:

Axis intervention level: 1(DC) = 1

Russian intervention level: 1(Gov't) + 1(DC) = 2

Intervention threshold draw = 5.

Result: Russian Diplomatic Advantage, free 1DC next turn.

CW counter not removed from play.

Crisis Phase:

Germany -> No aggression.

Italy -> No aggression.

Britain and France could declare war on Italy due to threshold, but if anything they'd rather wait until they can hit Germany, plus the VP loss due to low EAI would sting.

Expenditure:

Germany Italy Britain France Russia

Mobilisation 0 0 8 8 0
Research 0 0 0 0 0
Shipbuilding 0 0 0 0 0
Builds 6 0 2 2 0
Diplomacy 5 2 0 1 0
Other 0 0 (-1) (-1) 0

Expenses: 11 2 9 10 0

Starting: 11 6 9 10 0

Carry: 0 4 0 0 0

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Germany's going to have to ramp up support in order to get more aggressions done, Naval's a lost cause, INF/ARM are as good as they'll get so the air race will be tight for a while.

Looks like it'll come down to random events and tile draws to determine if the Axis can grab some more territory before getting DoW'd.

The newly mobilized units come out in 1938, not 1939

Realised that about 10 minutes after posting (and glancing back at the map). Problem with session reports is you can't edit them until they're up, which takes the best part of the day, and by that point I've completely forgotten...
