Hi,
We are normally 3 players in Archipelago. We found that if the Traitor appears, it is very difficult to stop it. The traitor could basically tax, not contribute to solve any crisis and go for the objectives. So, even if the two others players can avoid the crisis, the traitor wins because he have more points. I think that with more players, traitor is less difficult to stop. Am I right?

An option could be that in this 3 player configuration, traitor could only win by provoking a rebelion.
What do you think?

Mathematically, it is obviously so: The Traitor has a higher proportional "weight" with fewer players.

That might be too harsh. Try a VP penalty instead, in case no Rebellion happens.
