I have a question about the effect of the "BONUS" of the Civic Building Cards.
What is a "bonus combinations"?
Do you block a bonus of building card the opponent player has built?

Thanks.

Hello Gorudago,

Civic buildings do not have a bonus. Civic building producing city-wide services for all player, no matter a player owns the building or not. The owner of a civic building gets score points equal to the amount of upkeep he has to pay to run the building.

Civic buildings can be used to block opponents’ bonus patterns. Residential, commercial and industrial buildings have a bonus pattern. This pattern, depending on the buildings density, declares the color-combinations, which must be fulfilled on the city board, to get the declared bonus amount of a specific card.

A building must be fully supplied with all declared resources and services to generate tax income. Only if the buildings generates tax income, a potential fulfilled bonus pattern can generate bonus as well.
Buildings, which are only a part of a pattern, do not have to be totally supplied to activate the bonus of the other cards/buildings.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask us

Thank you reply.
It is another question.

After the Civic buildings they own in [ON SERVICE] requires, all of the other players can not win all of the bonus patterns of the building?

And if, after the Civic buildings they own in [OFF SERVICE] requires, all of the other players can acquire all of the bonus patterns of the building?

Thanks.

The service, a civic building provides, spreads city-wide and supplies all buildings from all player.

If the owner shuts down his civic building, all buildings which requiring the service, will be affected. This affects buildings from other players as well.
