In demo document Wright moves with full corp and does a forced march to enable all units to extend travel by 1 area.

In demo (21.2.2), Wright is exhausted but the units he force marched are still fresh - is this am error?
Shouldn't all be exhausted?

(16.4) indicates that forced marched units fight as if they are exhausted.

It does not say they actually are exhausted after a forced march.

So I guess the demo is correct to show the units as still being fresh.

In answer to the question, the developer responded:

No. Section 16.4 states:"Fresh units that Assault at the conclusion of a Forced March are treated as Exhausted for purposes of calculating the Attack Value of that Assault". (I bolded the key word)

They do not become exhausted after forced marching. So the example is correct.
