When playing the Outlaw Tycoon card that allows you to look at 2 cards from a player's hand and choose 1 to keep and return the other. Is this a random selection by the person playing the Tycoon card, or does the player being affected get to choose the two cards and hand them over to the Tycoon card player to choose from?

So far, we have been playing it that the person who the card is played on gets to choose the two cards to give to the person who played the Outlaws Tycoon card, and then that person will choose from those 2 to keep one and return the other. It's normally stated as a random grab if that's the intent in games.

I believe the intent is for it to be a random draw by the person playing the card.

Another question re this card. If all other players only have one card each, do you just take a card from one of them?
