Just found out about the game, but I am a little confused by Duels. Anyone care to illuminate me on the differences?

Grimslingers: Duels is just a microgame version of the versus mode in "Grimslingers" (the core game).

So, in duels you have enough cards for 2 players, and each only has the 6 elements. In the full game, you can play up to 6 players, and you can have element spells, signature spells, items and archetypes.

Duels also works as an expansion to the core game's versus mode, allowing it to go up to 8 people for bigger gaming groups.

Hope that helps!

And the full game also has the solo/co-op campaign mode, which Duels does not ... Correct?

Is there value in getting both? Are the cards completely redundant?

They have different characters and anima's, and you can combine the core with duels to have a 7 or 8 player duel.
