Played through Cycle of Eternity twice and ready to move on to another scenario.

Does it matter what order the scenarios are played in?
Are there any connections between the scenarios in terms of narrative?

I'm thinking of jumping straight to Rising Tide, since it is next in terms of difficulty. I just want to be sure I'm not going to miss anything that way.

Nope. Each scenario is completely independent of the others, so play whichever one you want.

Avoid scenario 2 as it is currently broken. Other than that, have fun.

The patch isn't out yet on iOS but should be approved tomorrow or Thursday (based on current backlogs).
