In order they were released:
Mage Wars Arena: Forcemaster vs Warlord Expansion Set
Mage Wars: Conquest of Kumanjaro – Spell Tome Expansion
Mage Wars: Druid vs. Necromancer
Mage Wars: Forged in Fire – Spell Tome Expansion
Mage Wars Arena: Battlegrounds Domination
Mage Wars Academy
Mage Wars: Academy – Priestess Expansion
Mage Wars: Academy – Warlock Expansion
Later this year Mage Wars Arena: Paladin vs Siren Expansion Set will be released.

From Arena-only expansions most often suggested order is:
1 Mage Wars: Druid vs. Necromancer
2 Mage Wars: Conquest of Kumanjaro – Spell Tome Expansion
3 Mage Wars Arena: Forcemaster vs Warlord Expansion Set together with Mage Wars: Forged in Fire – Spell Tome Expansion

Arena and Academy are seperate games. Arena is kind of a skirmish minis game (that just happens to use cards), whereas Academy is more like a MtG style cardgame.

Academy cards can be used as an expansion to Arena. Arena cards can never be played in Academy though.

Spell Tome expansions 1 & 2 are extra core set cards. 2x ST1 and 1x ST2 is pretty close to a core set. Unless they are much cheaper (which can happen if you are shipping them in from abroad) you are mostly better getting another Core Set however (especially the first extra one).

What Kelanen said, however you'll also occassionally hear Conquest of Kumanjaro and Forged in Fire referred to as Spell Tome Expansions. These two expansions do provide new cards, but they are "small" expansions. They don't provide any physical spell books or brand new mages, just variants of existing mages. They also have fewer cards overall than the Vs expansions.
