I have Valley Of The Kings Afterlife. Is it worth getting the original game? Are they that different?

Is it worth it to add more players?

Question 1: yes absolutely

Question 2: I really prefer two or three players so I personally wouldn't go the more than four player route

Brief discussion here:
Afterlife or the original Valley of the Kings?

Definitely worth getting! For the second question though, probably not. I dislike Valley with any more than 2 to start with. If you twist my arm, I'll play with 3 but absolutely not with 4. I have no intention to try with 5-6.

Some people like playing with extra players (up to 6). If that's your thing, go for it. Nevertheless, I think most gamers would want another version of the game (either the original or Last Rites) to add variety. Each version has a different flavor and game experience. Also you can combine sets in creative ways for even more variety.

Thanks for trying my game.
