Promo #3 Slow Play, features Herman the Zombie Golfer who is incapable of keeping up with the golfers playing in front of him.

Rules:
The card is added to the rest of the deck as a random replacement or as an extra card to extend playing time slightly.
The card can be taken to hand as usual in Phase 2 (Business) and played during Phase 3 (Development). Development cost is £0.
The player activating the card (Player 'A') places it on the first course card (Hole #1) of the player to their left (Player 'B'). If 'B' has not laid any course cards, it cannot be played.
With the 'Slow Play' card laid over Hole #1 the next time 'B' takes income in Phase 3, no income is earned for Hole #1, although subsequent holes earn income as normal.
Once the penalty has been suffered, the card is moved to Hole #1 of the next player clockwise (unless that player originally activated the card, in which case the card is returned to discard to cycle back through the deck).

The Slow Play card is intended primarily for use with Expansion #3: Municipal Golf Course but can be used with any of the course decks.

The card will be a limited offer of c50 cards and will be handed out free of charge at Essen 2016 (Stand 2 E119). When they are gone, they are gone. This will be the last offering for The Front Nine game.
