I see there is a Kickstarter for Blackwater Gulch that offers some interesting options for nice proxy minis.

and from their previous Kickstarter

Only warning I'd give is that they're using Prodos. Do a search on the Dakka forums about them.

As add-ons, $3 for a metal miniature is a good price. You can just buy them direct from the creator's website, no waiting : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gangfightgames/blackwat...

Buildings in the picture originally from GCMini's : http://gcmini.mybigcommerce.com/28mm-wild-west-series/?sort=...

Reaper mini's already sells their western Savage Worlds plastic mini's at the LGS and website:

Just as a devil's advocate reminder that while Prodos' own campaigns have had many turbulent ups and downs, any that they've helped on they've been quite professional about.

The unicast stuff is certainly interesting as well- I have a few of Prodos' Space Crusade figures, and the cleanup is comparable to an average Bones figure.

Plus if you'd rather game than build there's no need to put the people together, which I know after Brimstone quite a few people here would be more than happy to see everything prebuilt...

I have most of the sets from the previous Kickstarter, including the Serenity Tranquility crew. The Widowmakers offer a good selection of female minis too.

They are really good quality, and very well cast.

I'm not comfortable with Prodos, but given the quality of Gangfight's previous Kickstarters that I have in my possession, I'm much more comfortable backing this one.

I like the looks of the Wicked gang:

How does the scale of the first edition compare to sob?

Unclear. They mention 30mm minis in the original kickstarter which should be close, but without seeing them side by side it will be hard to tell. It can't be any worse than some of the variability in SoB's own heroes

I've seen pictures of the 1st ed minis next to sob minis. They're a little small, but not bad.

I'll be waiting til retail though. Prados is anathema

I'll try and take some pics this weekend.

Any particular set you wanted to see? I'm pretty sure I have everything except Werewolves.

I'd like to find a good mini for the fan-made Steel Driver. The one above might work but perhaps there's something closer.

This could be adapted with maybe a green stuff hat.

Just traded for both base sets, and here's one way to map the minis. The alternate gender figures are not in the base sets, and are expected to be sold as a separate resin product. Prices are for the sets the figure is in. Neither Blackwater Gulch nor Black Scorpion have proxies for all the SoB base game heroes, though.

Blackwater Gulch: While the KS hasn't reached its funding goal yet, they're giving away four miniatures to the $95 and up level. The creator messaged me and said that the $95 gives you $95 in credit, so you may purchase any combination of miniatures.

* Saloon Girl / Piano Player: No proxy.
* Bandido / Bandida: Los Bandidos Mexicanos : $15
* Indian Scout / Indian Scout : The Bloodwolf Trive : $15 / No proxy
* Preacher / Nun : The Unsung (Ruthie Mae, female Preacher) / No proxy : $25

Black Scorpion: Again, not a complete match, but the mini's are available now, and free worldwide shipping at £50 ($67). You can also get civilians, which are usually hard to find. The BS FB says they will have a KS in late 2016. I've asked for proxies for the SoB miniatures. Although visiting a FB *will* cause hellbats to break through your screen, I've posted a request for SoB proxies, and please post yours.

* Saloon Girl / Piano Player: Tombstone 5 or 6 / Civilians 2 (bar keeper) : £10.00 each
* Bandido / Bandida: Various Mexican / Tombstone 5 : £10.00
* Indian Scout / Indian Scout : Various Apaches / Tombstone 6 : Various / £10.00
* Preacher / Nun : No proxy
* Civilians: Civilians 1 and Civilians 2 : £8.00 each

Thise new minis do look really nice and I could see using them with SoB as variations on hero minis. I like playing with multiples of the same class sometimes, so some of these would be great.
