Is this a correct description of Arianne Martell? (2nd edition, no Tides of battle cards):
If Martell looses the combat, Martells units still have to retreat.
An order token in the embattled area has to be removed, since
an order token can’t exist in an area without units.
While defending and loosing a battle over Sunspear(homearea):
The garrison token is removed when losing the combat, regardless
if any enemy units enter and take control over the embattled area.
The ships in the port would remain intact, as the homearea would
still be controlled by Martell due to the presence of the house icon
printed on the map.
While defending and loosing a battle over any other (not
When that area contains a power token, that power token is
removed when losing the combat, regardless if any enemy units
enter and take control over the embattled area.
The ships in the port will be destroyed, since ships can’t exist in a
port if the area connected to the port isn’t controlled by the ships

This is correct.
Also, when fighting against Loras Tyrell, Arianne Martell cancels the ability of Loras when Loras is victorious, removing the Tyrell order token from the board.
One more question here....
If Siege Engines join the attack, win the combat and the opponent played Arianne Martell, can Siege Engines safely return?
Siege engines can safely return because they are not considered to be retreating. Siege engines specifically cannot retreat.
