Id like to know if players can interact agaisnt other players? Im afraid this is a multiplayer solitaire game like stone age

I think that every familiar in the game interacts/can interact with the other players.

Choosing a specific die can mess with other people as well. Even if the game is non-interactive in some aspects you don't really feel it, for the most part you pay a lot of attention to your opponents' tableaux.

Yes, there are two types of cards in the game: Familiars (orange), and Magical Items (purple), on roughly a 30/70 split.

Magical Items are cards that only affect you, whereas Familiars are cards that directly interact with your opponent in a number of interesting ways!

Dice selection can be devastating when you do it to spite someone's apparent requirements.

Also, Familiar cards (especially in combination with other relevant cards) may pose a real threat in loss of energy or crystals per turn/season/card played/etc.

There is interaction, but it's largely indirect and influences points, not your gameboard state. And it depends on how many Familiars you will draw during the draft phase. Fortunately, you can influence this before the game.
