Here's what's going on. I'm updating the design on all the cards in my board game to coincide with the release of my first expansion set (speaking of my game, Galaxy Zento). Now I have the game published through Thegamecrafter.com.

The art on the box involves a "wrap" over the top of the box and currently I'm hoping to keep the price tag where it's at (44.99) So adding a bottom wrap will raise the price a couple dollars.

Now, the main components of the game other than the board are cards. I know that when you show components of your games, it's best to do so on the back of the box, but this is mostly sold via internet for now. So people don't get a view of the back. Would it be terrible to have a couple card examples in the cover art of the box on front? Does any game do this and does it work?

Sorry for my roundabout explanation.

Oh and edit to add that this is the current cover:

Yes, it would be terrible. Besides being aesthetically unpleasing, it would make me think the game is just cards.

I wouldn't want them to think that. Good point.

For me I like to see what's in the box so added pictures with game pieces and set up is much better than disturbing the front cover.

Does the marketplace you use allow for additional pictures once the game is selected?

YES. There are extra pics already there and will be updated as well. They call them "action shots".

As presented currently, I would assume this is an RPG and probably move on.
