Matrix 9er game, but with a couple of interesting changes:
The entire game is no reveal. The game begins with a night round, which means all wolves and good specials perform their night actions for N0. To balance this, there is an extra villager included in the role set. Any player who dies N0 will have their alignment removed from the game to preserve statistics.

There's no reveal, and no night posting.
Standard WW rules.

Roles (10)

The theme of this game is that the roleset is randomly selected from six known possibilities. Six villagers and one werewolf will automatically be included, and the remaining three roles are selected from a single randomly determined row or column from this table:

|---------------------------------------------|
| Jailkeeper | Villager | Werewolf |
|---------------------------------------------|
| Roleblocker Wolf | Seer | Bodyguard |
|---------------------------------------------|
| Captain | Werewolf | Stalker |
|---------------------------------------------|

Possible Good Roles (8 total)

Villager - Kill some wolves!

Seer - Each night, may choose to view any player. The seer will be informed whether or not that player is a wolf.

Bodyguard - Each night, may choose to protect a player. That player will not be killed in the night. May not target themselves, or the same player two nights in a row. Bodyguard is not informed of a successful protect.

Stalker - Each night, may target any player. The stalker will be informed who, if anybody, that player targeted during the night. Only the wolf who submitted the final NK order will count as having submitted the NK for that night.

Captain - The first time the Captain would be killed by NK, they survive. This is not a night action. The Captain is not informed when they are de-toughed.

Jailkeeper - Each night, may target a player. That player will not be killed during the night, and all night actions that would be performed by that player are also prevented. May not target themselves, or the same player two nights in a row.

Possible Evil Roles (2 total)

Werewolf - Eat some villagers! NKs are made individually, the last wolf to submit the kill is the one responsible for making the NK that night.

Roleblocker Wolf - Each night, may choose to roleblock any player. That player will have no night action. Seer (and theoretically stalker) are informed of being roleblocked, all other roles are not.

(Possible Rolesets)

7 Villagers, Jailkeeper, 2 Werewolves (row 1)

6 Villagers, Seer, Bodyguard, Werewolf, Roleblocker Wolf (row 2)

6 Villagers, Captain, Stalker, 2 Werewolves (row 3)

6 Villagers, Jailkeeper, Captain, Werewolf, Roleblocker Wolf (column A)

7 Villagers, Seer, 2 Werewolves (column B)

6 Villagers, Bodyguard, Stalker, 2 Werewolves (column C)

Victory Conditions

Good - All good players win if all werewolves are eliminated.

Evil - All evil players win if the wolves achieve parity: if at any time the number of wolves remaining equals the number of non-wolves remaining, evil wins.

Misc

This game begins with a night phase.

No night posting.

Order of NK operations:
Roleblock, Jailkeep, Bodyguard, NK, Seer, Stalker

All role actions are optional.

Whichever wolf submits the last NK order is the only wolf performing the kill for that night. If the last NK order is submitted by a wolf who later got lynched, the remaining wolf performs the NK.

No reveal.

No lynch and nightfall are enabled.

What would be a modkill in other games is a team loss in this game.

Please do not replace out of the game unless IRL stuff makes you unavailable. Please don't replace out of the game because you're not having fun, not all games can be fun.

The roleset and roles will be determined 100% randomly, role requests will not be accommodated.

I know you take "starts when full" really literally, Vand, so I just want to make clear I can't possibly start this game until Friday at the earliest.

Anyone interested in modding this who would not be playing, btw?
Because I'd probably prefer to play this one.

We are full up. Setting game into go mode. Remember, we have a long N0 where actions are due, so check your modchat/Cassy, find your role, and lock actions, even if you are a villager. Hopefully everyone will check in my usual dawn time, and we can roll into D1 then.

Friendly reminders for those who scan rules:
This game begins with a night round.
No night posting.
No reveal.
Any player who dies N0 will have their alignment removed from the game to preserve statistics.

I mean...

WE HAVE TEN. LET'S GET THIS SUCKER UNDERWAY

The Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally System

Your Moderator has enabled the Cassandra Automatic Vote Tally system
for this game. In order for it to function correctly, your votes will
need to be formatted correctly. The following rules will explain what
you will need to do:

Players
1. All votes must be bolded

2. The entire vote statement must be bolded and enclosed in brackets:
[vote jmilum]

3. If your game allows, and you [vote nightfall] your vote will
be locked. Your moderator may have disabled nightfall votes.

4. Vote tallies will be automatically posted to the game thread
regularly if the tally has changed. The Tally and Vote Logs (for each
game day) are also available on the Cassandra game page.

5. If your vote is not counted be sure to check the Vote Log page and
see if it was marked invalid and why.

6. Case does not matter and simple typos will not cause the vote to fail.

7. You may [vote no lynch] if your game allows it.

8. Non voting players will be listed in the tallies. This will only be
correct if the Moderator notes which players have been killed (see below)

9. Editing a vote post will invalidate the vote and it will not be counted.

Moderators
1. The moderator will need to post [Dawn] when the day begins
(after the night results are posted) and [Dusk] when the lynch
deadline has passed and the day is over. Votes will not be counted
after [Dusk] has been posted. They will be registered again
after [Dawn] is next posted.

2. You may include a day number in the dawn and dusk post for
informational purposes, but it will not be used by the system.
Cassandra will increment an internal counter each time it sees
[Dawn] no matter what day is shown in a dawn post (i.e.
[Dawn 3] the three is allowed but ignored)

3. After dusk has been posted, the Moderator may go to the game page
on Cassandra to request a Final Tally to be posted before the normal
scan period has elapsed (i.e. Game Y gets scanned at 45 min. after the
hour, if it lynches at 7pm the moderator may request a tally to be
posted from the game page before 7:45pm. it will also be posted
regardless of whether or not it has been changed since the last
posting) - Do this by clicking on the 'Force Vote Tally' link.

4. You will need to note which players were killed via the lynch or at night by
either posting [killed jmilum] in the thread, or by going to the game
page and editing the player list. When posting in the thread, be sure to post
[dusk] before posting the lynch kill, and post [dawn] before
posting the night kill.
Example:
A. lynch time has passed so post [dusk]
B. goto the game page and select a final tally to be posted
C. check the final tally and post [killed melsana]
D. after the night deadline has passed post [dawn]
E. post the night kill with [killed kima]

Your Moderator has chosen to use the Longest Held Last Vote method for a tiebreaker - This is just for Cassandra system, and there may be a different tiebreaker specified by your Moderator in the ruleset.
Your Moderator has chosen to allow Nightfall votes.
Your Moderator has chosen to allow No Lynch votes.

Hush now, child, and I’ll tell you a tale,
Of a village from long long ago.
Both people and werewolves were housed in the town;
That is a truth we all now know.

It started one evening deep into the night,
Howls and snarls echoing through the streets.
So the people grew scared in their beds in the dark,
Some nervous, others hid in their sheets.

When the morning sun rose, the people did look out,
Terrified of what they might perceive.
But with all of the townsfolk there accounted for,
“What is this?” “Did we get a reprieve?”

And so, the ten people and gathered around,
Accusations and fear in their heads.
And if you listen closely, you might just be able,
To hear echoes of what they all said:

[no kill]
[dawn]

You may post.
