I'm in for sure. Working on some ideas now and will post a design diary in WIP soon.

Sounds intriguing.

I have a question though, to anyone really...
what actually constitutes an "adventure" game?
Is adventure really just a theme? Does it have to be co-op or semi co-op?

I've checked out the some of the games on the BGG list for the "Adventure" category and same with TGC but I can't pin down what the common thread is?

The contest judge made a rubric to help with these kinds of questions.

It does not have to be a co-op. An adventure game is...

"The game has some form of quest or mission in which players explore, problem solve or enact a feat of heroism/villainy."

Hope that helps.

Thanks Brian.

I guess it's pretty broad then.
