I have a couple of questions about the plastic version of the game.

1. Is everything the same in the base games besides what the components are made of? Are all the same scenarios included?

2. Are they planning releasing the expansions for this version as well?

Thanks guys.

1) Yes, and as far as I'm concerned there is no difference when playing the game. The wooden pieces are fairly lightweight, so personally I can't feel the difference in weight, only in texture.

2) Haven't got a clue.

Good to know. I guess I can feel good about the purchase then because I don't really think plastic to wood as far as texture goes is a breaker for me. Thanks.

I'm a quitter. I come from a long line of quitters. It's amazing I'm here at all.

You also lose the three-dimensional storage boxes and character placards:

They are replaced with cards for each character.

Again not so bad for me. I get it adds to the look and such but I'm only really playing with my fiancé and her 11 year old nephew. As long as the game is still fun that's all that matters really.
