I'm needing to find these.
Prefer that they are somewhere in Canada, otherwise they'll end up costing me $20 US in shipping.
Almost anything will do - just standard red, yellow, green, etcetera, on the sides.

d6

Needed for a game I am blinging-out!

There are dice with colors pips, so they would be multi use.

Would you believe me if I tell you that you can make your own from your regular d6 dices just by using a primer, acrylics and the clear varnish?
If you are doing some miniatures painting you already have all what you need.

Have you checked out the Rattlebone Dice in the Geekstore?

http://boardgamegeekstore.com/products/rattlebones-prototypi...

I didn't check what shipping would cost to Canada, but it doesn't state that there is an extra surcharge, so that's a positive sign.

Also take a look at LEGO Games dice, as you can change them just like the Rattlebone Dice. These are out of print but show up at the Thrift Stores frequently. Unfortunately, that would be time consuming, as there are only one in each.

You can also try Bricklink for second hand LEGO elements. They're cheap but the shipping will probably be high.

I've found those type of dice at educational stores, if there's one in your area. The type of store that sells supplies for teachers.

You could scavenge from a game that already has them, like Monza, IIRC.

I have a friend that is working on a game with those.

Blank dice and 1/4" Avery colored self adhesive dots is what he used.

This. And they don't even have to be blank.

If the dice have no pips then some one who is color blind wouldn't be able to tell what color is rolled. That is probably the only thing that could be a knock on this idea.

Agreed, and it doesn't have to be pips. Colored icons will work, like Lucky Charms
