If the UK plays a 5 value card and the lowest value card is a 3, does the issue chosen go 2 spaces up the UK track or 3?
The rules refer to the difference in values of the cards played, yet earlier says the UK advantage adds 1 to the his strength. Are strength and value meant to be the same?

Apologies if this has been answered already. 500+ threads to look at.

It would be 3 spaces up the UK track, as the UK card would be valued at a 6 (5+1) and 6-3=3.

The UK adds one to the card value during the Agenda Segment only. So a 5 value card would be modified to 6. If the lowest card is a 3, then the the issue picked would go on the 3 space of the UK track (6-3).

Edit: ninja'd

Thanks to you both. That's the way we've been playing it.
