Thanks for checking out Mech Capture, my entry in the 2016 solitaire PnP contest.
Mech Capture is a 1 player Mech themed wargame played with 36 cards - no other components needed. So, it's a simple build and a very portable game.
The game can be played as a "standard" game, or as a campaign with specific goals spread over 3 consecutive games. Standard game takes 3-5 minutes to play. The campaign takes about 15 or 20 minutes.

I played 4 games last night, standard game (no campaign) difficulty easy.
It's a really quick game to build (4 pages + no components needed) and to play. And it was a lot of fun!
First the rules. Only 2 pages very well laid out with the quick reference on the right.
Now my thoughts. It's a quick game (great pace to it BTW) and well balanced.
There is some great player choice involved in this quick and portable game. I like the frustration when a 3 VP card is "covered" in the enemy base!
player choice > luck factor
the way Federation Transport work (clever mechanic)
quick to build and play
no components needed so my AOS cubes can stay in their box
sometimes you could suffer from a bad draw, but with a playtime of 5 minutes it's not a problem
I can't wait to try a campaign, I really like the mechanics added.
Definitely a keeper!
