I love how Hannity's stock response these days, no matter who is accusing him of what, is always: "Well... well... uh... CLEARLY YOU SUPPORT HILLARY!"

Sean Hannity does not like criticism.

The Fox News host attacked coworker Megyn Kelly on Wednesday night for having the nerve to suggest that he lobs softball questions at GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Speaking on her show, “The Kelly File,” she said:

“Donald Trump, with all due respect to my friend at 10 o’clock, will go on Hannity and pretty much only Hannity and will not venture out to the unsafe spaces these days, which doesn’t exactly expand the tent for either one of them. There. That’s my two cents.”

Hannity ― who has said he’s “not a journalist,” admitted he goes easier on Republicans and has been actively cheerleading for Trump ― didn’t take it well:

Hannity also implied that his relationships with coworkers weren’t all that great. When someone suggested he stand by his colleague, he replied:

Despite Hannity’s accusation, Kelly wasn’t kind to Hillary Clinton, either. She criticized the Democratic candidate for doing softball interviews, and claimed both Clinton and Trump were in a “presidential protection program” that shielded them from tough questions.

“We just found out that when (Clinton) went on the ‘Steve Harvey Show,’ she had every single question given to her in writing in advance and then she feigned surprise as the questions were asked,” Kelly said.

Kelly and Trump famously feuded last year over this very topic. When Kelly asked a tough question about his history with women during one of the Republican debates, Trump spent months insulting her. The two appeared to reach a truce earlier this year.

I had not supposed or expected your arrogant spirit to seek such a ridiculous and childish reason for lying; you should have better reasons.

Hannity is a dope and he's gotten worse since he got his own show and got rid of the guy who challenged him on a regular basis (even if Colmes was a simpering moron in his own right.)

Sadly, he's a dope with a lot of TV viewers.
Dog bless the echo chamber.

Fox News’ “Hannity” finished the month of September as the most-watched cable news program among the key demo of adults age 25-54, marking the first time Sean Hannity‘s show won a month since moving to 10 p.m. ET in 2013.

“Hannity” averaged 525,000 demo viewers, topping his lead-in “The Kelly File” by roughly 22,000 viewers per night. Kelly won the demo for the third quarter of 2016, which includes September, but Hannity has surged recently because of numerous exclusive interviews with Donald Trump…

With “Hannity” leading the way, Fox News Channel had seven of the Top 10 programs on cable news for the month of September. “The O’Reilly Factor” follows “Hannity” and “The Kelly File,” giving Fox News’ primetime lineup a sweep of the top three.

MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” and Fox News’ “Special Report with Bret Baier” round out the top five.

Hannity -is- a dope. And Hannity -has- gotten worse. Yet he is still the source of marching orders for far too many who don't recognize that his job is not to fix America, it's to sell air time to advertisers.

His listeners are the product.
