Instead, MMP will be conducting a Spooktacular Sale on Halloween weekend this year to alleviate as many of these problems as we possibly can.

The usual wide selection of games at deep discounts will be offered. A list of the games to be offered will be sent out and publicly posted through our usual social media outlets as soon as it is finalized, just as we have done in the past.

Again, the only change for the MMP annual sale will be the dates. MMP's Spooktacular Sale will be conducted from Friday, October 28th, 6pm Eastern Time through 11:59pm Monday 31st, 2016.

Stay tuned for further announcements!

I think this is great news. The Black Friday sale was bad for those traveling, and was well into the crazy holiday season. I'm happy that they are moving it forward a month.

Let the speculation begin.

P.S. This is also probably a lot better for the staff who had to pack and get everything out the door as well.

There isn't one. Yet. The email they sent was just a warning about the change in schedule.

Just hit their web site during the sale. They'll have everything there.

I may stop in on the way home from work (MMP is on the way) on Monday to see what's lying around. I pay sales tax but I avoid shipping.

Yeah, but that would entail me making a note on my calendar, and you know, ...effort....

Should that be "spectacular" and not "spooktacular"? The latter isn't a real word.

Fear cannot be banished, but it can be calm and without panic; it can be mitigated by reason and evaluation.

No errata is needed. In section 12.1.1(a) we see that the proper word is 'spectacular', but in Appendix G 2.1(c) we see the 'holiday sales turns' has an exception where the proper word is 'spooktacular' - I mean, RTFM; Its only about 172 pages plus designer notes and appendices and scenario specific rules. A baby could understand it!

(In all seriousness, glad I read the post otherwise I would have thought MMP was skipping a sale this year.)

WAIT! You can stop by MMP to just see what is "lying" around? I so recall the days of AH when I could do the same.

Um I am not so sure. You might want to call first. Its not like they have a regular store front or anything. Especially on the day of a big sale they might not have time for visitors.

They're always good with visitors but you need to make sure they're there before you stop in. They aren't open dependable hours.
