I believe gazing into the abyss to be a complete waste of time. There's plenty of things in the world more worthy of being gazed into.

Unique sure, but a professional?

Looks nice enough from the outside but the inside is a must see.

I imagine a kuhrusty story behind this?

When I moved to C'ville, I rented for a year before committing to a home purchase. While looking at rental properties, I was shown one house that had previously been rented by a handful of art students from the local University. The rental agent that was showing the property hadn't been there before and kept apologizing for the... "unique" decor and paint work.

I rented elsewhere.

Absolutely by a professional. A professional dogsitter, most likely, but they're still a professional.

That's possibly the ugliest interior to a house I've ever seen. And I've seen a lot of houses in my day.

It's like someone said, "What would it be like to live inside a large intestine?" and then just went for it.

This is why you should never mix LSD and interior design.

At least the vomit produced by eating there would match the decor.

A lot of the pictures look like someone took a ketchup squeeze bottle, made patterns on the walls (and other stuff) and said "Wow, that looks great!" and let it dry there.

The decor strikes me as being perfect for those people who want to live in a very bloody grisly murder massacre crime scene but are just shy of being insane enough to actually stage one themselves.

Are you kidding. they should put that in their advertising with the title "If I could sell this..." . Although they'll have to sell it first. Maybe one of those home renovation cable shows.

No... no way. That all looks like more work than I would put in.

(They... painted... a grand piano!?)

Every room is TOTAL VISUAL ASSAULT. I kept thinking that if you added a little more variance in color, and a whole lot of military hardware, you'd have GROGnads' house.

Sweet merciful WTF!?!

$339,000 for that abortion? (Maybe that's how they decorated inside?) And it's not a huge lot either so it's not like just bulldozing it and starting over is a great option for the price.

If that realtor sells it for that much she wins real estate...

I was assuming that they took it on a dare or a bet.

Go down to price history.

It was listed for 1.49 million last year.

Edit:

?

Berkshire Hathaway was involved with ownership at some point.

I'd want the decorations DNA tested, just in case.
