How does the card "Special Design" work? It states, that "The next card you play this generation is + or -2 in global requirements, your choice. I'm not sure how to apply this effect? Does it mean, that I can, for example, raise the temperature + 2 Steps with another card? Can someone clarify this, please?

Thank you!

It changes requirements. So you can play a card that requires minimum -10c temperature when the temperature is -12c, for example.

It specifically affects these five requirements in the following manner:
- Minimum temperature: -4 degrees
- Maximum temperature: +4 degrees
- Minimum oxygen: -2 percent
- Maximum oxygen: +2 percent
- Minimum oceans: -2 ocean tiles

There are currently no cards with a maximum amount of ocean tiles, so I left that option out.

Notably, you can go up or down two temperature STEPS, so -4°C up to +4°C.

I don't have the game in front of me, but doesn't Dust Seals have a max of 3 oceans?
