Hey! Right now I've got Starched up on on Kickstarter. Then I'm going to finish the Overhaul for Dead@17 and try to bring it out again.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of factors why I couldn't jump right back into Dead@17. But now Starched is funded and looking good I'll be back to D@S next. =)

congratulation on KS!

how are you going to approach D@17, keeping it as a deck-builder or something completely different?

I'm hoping to keep it as a deck-builder. I really like the asymmetrical goals. I tried to do too much with it before. I'm going to streamline by folding the expansion into the main set and cut out the fat.

I'd really like to package it in an oversized tuck box like Star Realms.

Please don't over streamline it. There are a zillion of those deckbuilders out there.

The plan is mostly to streamline the packaging. I'm really happy with the mechanics. If you read the post mortem for the Kickstarter campaign, I really thought the problem was the way I structured the production and charging too much for shipping.

If I streamline the packaging I'll be able to fix both.

Hey Thats Great News !

Pls consider NOT to start Dead @ 17 KS around Christmas. having said that we are very much into the Dead @ 17 novels and background history of the theme. The art on this card game is very accurate in the lines of the novel.

Sonja - I learned my lesson about when to start Kickstarters, as you can see the Dead@17 Post Mortem.

And yes, the art ties in seamlessly because it's all his! =)

I'm finishing up the Starcade PnP this month. Send it to the printer early next month and plan on play testing the updated Dead@17 by Christmas and into the new year. I'll have more updates about how it's going then.
