Today, the game has reached the top 100 on BGG! (Now 98th place, 41st in strategy)
Of course, that was just a matter of time!

And there is still so much ahead of it!
Its average rating(8.48) is currently in line with the top3, so there's a good chance it will become one of the highest ranked board games of all time on BGG!

Congratulations to Jacob Fryxelius and Fryxgames for placing their first game into the top100!
May many follow in the future!

Oh yeah, and thanks for designing this awesome game!

Sebastian

In this city there are those who'd live alone. Twilight brings them from the gloom into our homes. And hiding there among the wreckage left behind. They see things that aren't there when they close their eyes

Go Fryxelius brothers! thumbsup

We've been anxiously watching the rise of TM in the rankings and reaching the top 100 is well deserved!

If my wife and I were to judge TM is coming close to Twilight Struggle in terms of engaging gameplay.
Off course you don't have the tense gameplay with outguessing a single opponent etc. It's the feeling when a game is finished:
After a game of TM is finished, we're like "wow what an event", same as TS. We keep talking about moves we should / shouldn't have taken etc.

Now, onto the top 10

[Edited for clarification]

Absolutely fantastic game. If you haven't tried it solitaire, I find it as much fun as the multiplayer rules.

Congrats on a great game! I hope it continues to move up the BGG rankings but more importantly I hope that more and more people get a chance to play it. The more people that play this the higher it will go up the charts.

Scythe was my game of the year...until I played Terraforming Mars. With both game I feel how much the developers loved their game.

Look at all the cards in the game, it's so amazing how they are so thematic, even educational.

Congratulations! I'm still looking hard for a copy though, out of stock everywhere I can go.

I'll add my praise for this game as well. My experience of it was during Spiel 2016. Each table of participants were given 1 hour to try it out. Which, in the grand scheme of things was really only enough to whet one's appetite. Based on that short taste it became one of the 8 games I brought home.

It wasn't until we returned from the event hall and settled down into the Ibis dining room / mini-Spiel game room that afforded us the opportunity to give it a proper play through. And what a play through!

A lot of moving parts. Slow going at first as you're figuring out the rules and keeping track of everything. Eventually the game picks up speed as everyone's economic engine begins to come online.

I can hardly wait to play it again.
