This appears to have two entries -

Operational Matters: An Operational Combat Series Guide - under which this thread is posted. and

You say OCD like it's a bad thing.

One is a publication, the other is a game within the publication.

See for example Operations Special Issue #3

In this case the publication is equal to the game. There are no articles without a relation to the game.

It seems a bit unnecessary - there isn't a separate listing for every S&T magazine in addition to the game that comes with it.

This is incorrect. Of the 19 entries in the index, only 3 are directly related to Sicily/Sicily II, 8 are related to other games in the OCS family, and 8 are related to OCS in general.

I don't disagree that the BGG entry title is somewhat confusing and may lead to game-related questions being added to the publication forum rather than the game forum. However, as the publication does not contain any volume/issue reference (that I can see, at least) there is no clear way to distinguish this issue from other issues in the BGG entries other than by referencing the game included.

So you assume that the OCS family has no relations to Sicily?

With Sicily II in the database as part of the OCS family containing an additional family guide there would be nothing I miss.

Indeed - most forum posts regarding the Sicily game seem to be appearing here against the publication rather than the game, so definitely causing confusion.

I think it would be better to take the "w/Sicily II" out of the heading for this entry and then move the game related posts over to 'Sicily II'.

Is there an admin who deals with this sort of thing?

I am going to work on getting this merged. It shouldn't be in there twice. It does no good to have good threads across two entries.

I'm moving threads and videos to the Sicily II listing and changing this item to an accessory since it contains supplemental material about the game.
