Any link where we can see the setting and info on the different factions?
Checked the kickstarter and the awakenrealms web but found nothing
I'm curious too. Just looking at the game, it reminds me of Brandon Sanderson's Storm Light Chronicles.

The most we have is the collection of stories pdf on the KS. It's by the comic. It mainly covers the chapter and some of the demons. The faceless make an appearance in one of the stories and theres mention of a "Six armed insatiable" Name makes me think more faceless, but they have no minis with 6 limbs. Only thing close to matching might be the Rha-Zack infinity angel, but that only has four arms.
It is a multiverse. There are multiple entities dubbed "Creators". The one who created the planet and the humans has decided to destroy the humans because they were exploiting the planet too much. Tried to hit them with meteors, didn't work. Humans used the meteor crystal fragments to further their technology. Entity put out a contract to exterminate all the humans. The demon Ish was the low bidder and is currently attempting to execute the contract with her private army. Another creation entity. One viewed as lesser to the one who created the humans has taken pity on them and is actively interfering. It was slapped on the wrist by the multiverse creator united nations for it's interference, but continues on in a less direct manor, chiefly by making and sending the iron angels.
They hold 7 (I think) walled cities called refuges. All connected by overhead railways. Three are connected by underground rail. Underground rail is being expanded because it's safer from attack. They make heavy use of conscripted troops (Pilgrims) along with religious knights.
At one point had multiple religions, but since the apocalypse the were forced to convert or die. The one remaining religion worships technology. They see the meteor crystals as the tears of their god who is weeping for them because everyone else wants to destroy them. The crystals power all of their tech.
Some heretics still remain. One was from a sect which believed in using technology to ascent to godhood made a chair which could hypothetically do that. The inquisition found her and strapped her into it and turned it on killing her. It also kind of worked as a gateway into the multiverse where her "soul" ran into the lesser creator entity who favors the humans. It liked her ambitious nature and used her soul as a basis to create the iron angels, not sure if her soul still exists, or if it's in the angels or how much of it manifests in the angels. One would think not much considering they're fighting for the religion which basically burned her at the stake.
They have a more fantastical and primitive view on things. They're separated into a cast type structure of Brutes and Tricksters. Brutes are the warriors, tricksters the mages and strategists. Brutes are obsessed with honor and consider the tricksters to be cowardly. They see themselves as pulling their race forward and the trickster cast only a necessity to perform menial tasks like planning and logistics. The tricksters are manipulative and see the brutes as stupid. The tricksters see themselves as master planners and manipulators and the brutes as easily manipulated muscle. They get along great.
They are led by Ish, a succubus demon. She has a link to the creator whom the demons are working for to destroy humanity. They were succeeding wonderfully until the iron angles showed up. The angels aren't changing the tide with their combat prowess. They can't 1v1 a Brute, but upon seeing them the humans went ape because they see that their God is watching them and zerg rushed the demons with no fear of dying.
It also helped that just before the arrival of the angels a knight walked out to go one on one with a demon Brute general in front of the two opposed armies in a challenge. All the humans thought he was going to die because no one had yet managed to kill a brute in single combat, Brutes fell so infrequently some thought them immortal. During the fight the knight pulled out a pistol and shot the Brute in the face killing him. The demons were pissed off and charged in ripping the knight to shreds, the humans seeing the demon fall charged. The angels descended at that point and the day was won by religious fervor.
The Faceless TL;DR
They kill what they eat and eat what they kill. Not open to diplomacy.
I may be wrong on on or two things. But this was my take away from reading the PDF.
