I have a quick question that I haven't seen come up yet. Can a player push two stones at a time? Rules say player can push stones unless there is something on the otherside. But since stones seem to be pushed around effortlessly, doesn't seem like pushing two or even three or four stones in a row would pose a problem (provided there was nothing on the otherside of course).

No, as there would be "something on the other side" (another stone!), but the monster can.

Pushing: The players may have their playing figures push stones. A player may push a stone only if the space behind that stone is empty.

You can push A stone as long as the space behind that stone is empty. Since pushing two stones requires that the space behind one stone is filled with another stone, this is not possible.
