Will there be a version in Dutch?
Or is there a decription of wich strategy is followed, to create the sets?
So we can try to create a dutch version........
Somebody has written a lengthy article about converting Paperback, a similar word game, to other languages, taking letter frequencies into consideration. It might be helpful for Dexikon as well. Take a look at the forum for Paperback.
As a basic rule, take the 6/7 most common letters in Dutch and use them to replace the AT, ES and IOU cards. Then sort the rest of the letters by frequency, and assign card effects in ascending order and you SHOULD have something approaching a playable game.
I don;t know whether Eagle-Gryphon have any non-English version planned, though I do know that there has been some recent interest from an Eastern European publisher...
