I have 1 adventure chit and 1 item chit (both large squares).

This is confusing.. is this normal? I mean they are the only chits of that type.. singletons.

The book says there should be "5 adventure cards" but I only have the one chit.

It's been a bit since I cracked it open, do you have a picture of the chits in question?

Do you mean five "Adventurer" chits? The ones that have the information for the character abilities on?

"Adventure Cards" should mean actual cards, not cardboard chits. Somewhere in the 1000+ images for Castle Ravenloft I think someone posted scans of all the cardboard sheets (13 of 'em?) so you can use that to determine if you are missing anything. Of course the images aren't searchable so good luck there. The cards should all be numbered 1-200 somewhere at the bottom (left corner?).

Hey, buddy, can you spare a role?

I jotted it down in my Risk campaign book. I always used to do that so I could replay my moments of glory over a glass of brandy in the sleeping quarters.

Just off the top of my head, they are probably used for one of the scenarios.

Just confirming, they are both used by adventures.

Also, to add, there are many bits in the pile that are not used or called for by the game.

Since you are working so hard and doing an amazing job painting the minis, the general thought is they have included them all for user custom mods and fun!

I like to include, at a minimum, the coffins on tiles that have them. They are drawn randomly and placed. I also remove the Boss coffin, because, duh. But I warn folks that exploring a coffin can have bad consequences.

It keeps it interesting and fun... there's so much custom stuff out there ... I really want to get all of ninja's and chromatics stuff printed to add to my campaigns.

I ramble, but yes, those 2 squares are used in adventures.
