Please let me know if this is in the wrong place...

What recourse do I have if an Auctioneer isn't responding to repeated emails to set up my wins?
1) The auction closed several weeks ago
2) My bid was a BIN price established by the auctioneer
3) Notice on the Geeklist states all winning bids have been set up in BGG Marketplace, except mine
4) Multiple Geekmails have been sent to the auctioneer without any response
5) The auctioneer has logged into BGG since the geekmails have been sent

Not giving any response to direct Geekmails is kind of perturbing to me. Sure, there may be some seller's remorse or what ever. I can understand and am willing to work whatever out, but I can't get any response from the seller.
