I have seen comments about a drop in the quality of FFG customer service (most recently on Mansions of Madness: Second Edition), but I just had some a great and rapid resolution of a problem.
I picked this game up on 11/3/16 at my FLGS. I opened it up to thumb through the components. Unfortunately one of the Lannister truce cards had a horrible crease visible on both sides. I snapped a pic, uploaded it to the ANA request service. I was surprised to find the replacement card in the mail on 11/7/16 (after a weekend). Kudos FFG / ANA!
