On the card named "Perception," for example, it has the keyword "Practiced."

I can't find this keyword anywhere in the rules reference. Anyone know what's up?

My guess is future cards will reference it in some way.

It is not a Keyword it is a trait. Keywords are used in the text of a card and have the same font as the text effect of a card. Traits are bolded and centered on the card, and have no meaning on their own, but can be referenced by other card effects.

I.E. 'Fast' on cards like "Lucky!" is a keyword. 'Practiced' is a trait.
